We have updated several of the tools on the Inventory Source website for your product controls.
You can review a few of the newest tool upgrades below:
1. Test Price & Filter Tool –
You can easily use the Test Price & Filter Tool to do a quick check on your price setting and product filters to see why a price displays at that level based on your settings or why an item shows or does not show on your sales channel based on the latest data from the supplier and your feed control settings.
We have added several details to help explain the pricing, such as if your price is different from your default markups because of a custom price override you have added or because of a MAP based price change.
2. Push To eBay Tool –
The Push to eBay Tool is one of the more common tools used by our reseller members and it is include with any subscription service, including the Automation Service at no additional charge.
While the tool will save you time and money by not allowing you to list or relist a product that is currently out of stock, some members still wanted to be able to initially list an out of stock item when they have multiple sources who could provide coverage for that SKU.
3- Product File Download Tool –
Like the Push to eBay Tool, the Product File Download Tool is include with all subscription services for your supplier data updates. You can access several bulk file formats through the data utility including a generic CSV and Excel file as well as Big Commerce, osCommerce, Zen Cart, and a few other formats if needed for your product data or image capture needs.
We have added several new cart platform file types to the utility, including 3D Cart, Open Cart, Shopify, and Magento. We also have Full Automation Solutions for all of these website platforms as well for automated product data loading and price, quantity, and status updates based on your account tool settings.
4- Only If Tool – You have always had the ability to filter items from your wholesale dropship supplier catalog by category, brand, missing images, price, weight, and several other filters. You can even filter by SKU when adding SKU filters one at a time or through a CSV import of the SKUs you want to block. We have also added a new feature for resellers who want more direct control with a smaller feed from their product source.
This is a perfect solution for store owners who need to keep their product count down to a specific limit based on their store platform pricing. Now you can add specific SKUs or a CSV of SKUs in bulk to the “Include” filter option. This allows you to upload a list of SKUs that you want to keep while all others are filtered from your sales channel.
Now, you can select either approach based on your needs for excluding items you select or if you know the items you do want, just add those to this new feature and we will exclude all other items for you regardless of the other filter options in your account.
For over 10 years InventorySource.com has been working hard to continue to give you more controls and options to save you time and money in launching, growing, or managing your wholesale dropship sales channels from the suppliers that you work with directly.
